The PRO-10 PB is a heavy-duty ID mounted pipe beveller designed for professional pipe preparation and machining operations. It utilizes self-centering expandable mandrels for quick and proper alignment to pipes or tubes prior to machining.
Key Features:• Self-centering expandable ID mounted mandrels for highly repeatable fit-up• Capable of milling OD bevel, root face and ID counterbore• Creates uniform wall thickness around the joint ensuring full weld penetration• Spindle disc with two tool bit holders for stable operation• Available with powerful pneumatic motor or high-torque electric motor• Standard and custom-made tool bits available including J-bevel options• Can be operated efficiently by a single operator• Optional accessories for flange facing and oval beveling
